Escrow Services
An escrow is an arrangement where both the buyer and the seller agree to have a third party temporarily hold money or property until a condition set has been fulfilled. This arrangement protects both the buyers and the sellers.
Buyers
The escrow service will protect your deposit money as you perform due diligence on the property. You are the owner of the money until you give us instructions to transfer to the seller.
Sellers
Deposit your title with us and we will hold it in trust, until the money is received in your account from the buyer as per the terms of the sale.
